We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Duties

Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support Support the implementation of individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals Help with medication administration and record keeping as per guidelines Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment Assist with light domestic duties including meal preparation and light cleaning Drive clients to appointments or outings when required, ensuring safe transportation Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and their families to ensure seamless care delivery

Experience

Previous experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes Valid driving licence is advantageous for roles involving transportation of clients Familiarity with care plans and understanding of health and safety protocols within healthcare settings is preferred
