Hours:

Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week - Flexible

Rate:

12.21 - 12.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a caring and reliable

HealthCare Assistant

to join our team. This role involves supporting residents with their daily activities, assisting the care team, and contributing to a positive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities Support nursing staff with care tasks as needed Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment Foster positive relationships with residents and their families Ensure compliance with care standards and policies

Requirements:

Previous experience as a HealthCare Assistant preferred but not essential Compassionate, patient, and reliable Good communication and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
