: Night Care Assistant


Contract:

Permanent, Part-Time

Hours:

24 hours per week (2 x 12-hour night shifts)

The Role



We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated

Night Care Assistant

to join our team. This is a vital role where you will provide essential care and companionship to our residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities



Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents during the night, respecting their dignity and independence at all times. Assist with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support, offering reassurance and a caring presence. Support residents with mobility and other physical needs, in line with their individual care plans. Monitor the well-being of residents and report any changes or concerns to the senior night staff. Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided. Uphold the highest standards of health and safety and follow all company policies and procedures.

Experience & Qualifications:



No specific care experience is required--we provide full training. A willingness to learn and complete relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care) is essential.
