Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, HCA to join our friendly nursing team at Marlow Medical Group. We pride ourselves in proving a high standard of care in a supportive environment delivering a patient focused service. We are a large practice operating over 4 sites and supporting a practice population of 39 000+ patients.
Duties will include:
Patient care NHS Health Checks Venepuncture Urine testing/analysis Blood pressure measurement/monitoring ECG Height and weight measurement Pulse checks Lifestyle advice phlebotomy Chaperoning Basic wound care ABPM Injections Long term condition reviews
Essential criteria:
Will be expected to manage their own pre-booked clinics
Will be able to undertake consultations within the designated times
Able to work to a high standard of care under supervision
Able to accept coaching and guidance
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Adaptable to change
Flexibility to handle different situations
Be caring and compassionate in nature
Be able to undertake mandatory training
Computer literate
Ability to work well within a team
Desirable experience:
Experience in Primary Care
S1 knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
