Shift patterns:

We work 12 hour shifts so you're able to work longer days, but less days in the week.

Pay:

12.25 an hour

Willows Care Home is a family run care home located in Chester. The motto of the home is "Care with Dignity". The staff at the home pride themselves in consistently maintaining this excellent standard. It drives every aspect of our approach to meet the everyday needs of the people that we care for.

We offer permanent, residential, nursing and dementia care services. Respite care is available for people who need a period of recuperation, or to allow whoever is usually providing care to take a break.

Key responsibilities:



Personal care such as washing, dressing, bathing and toileting, Medication monitoring and/or assistance. Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team. Being a really fun person who is reliable and a team player. Able to keep our residents feel safe and happy at all times - this is where you can really show your fun and compassionate personality. Being a positive person who spreads this around our home (we don't accept any negativity!)
