Join Our Growing Audiology Team - Fantastic Career Progression Opportunity

We are currently looking to hire a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Audiology clinic. As an award-winning hearing care provider with 11 clinics across the country and a thriving home visit service, we offer a supportive environment with clear pathways for career development.

The successful candidate will initially be trained to carry out earwax removal and hearing screening tests. With the right ambition and commitment, there's an exciting opportunity to progress to the role of Hearing Aid Audiologist. This would involve completing an undergraduate course (fully funded by us), in addition to gaining industry-recognised qualifications such as the Hearing Care Assistant Course and Microsuction Earwax Removal Course.

What we offer:

Full training and support, no prior experience required Hands-on shadowing with experienced audiology professionals All training and certification costs covered A long-term career path with ongoing professional development

Once fully trained, key responsibilities will include:

Microsuction earwax removal Conducting hearing screening tests Minor hearing aid repairs Supporting patients in understanding hearing aid options and guiding them through the purchase process
While sales experience is not essential, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and communicate effectively are crucial. A confident, consultative approach will help you support patients in making informed choices -- including when considering hearing aids. Experience in a customer-facing or consultative sales role would be an advantage.

This role is based across several of our Northern Ireland locations including Crumlin, Magherafelt, Cookstown, and Ballymena, with a mix of clinic-based and home visit appointments.

If you're a people-focused individual with a desire to make a difference -- and you're open to developing sales skills as part of your journey -- we'd love to hear from you.
