Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Health Care Assistant
to support individuals in care homes and home care settings. You'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those in need, assisting with daily activities and promoting independence and dignity.Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming Encourage participation in daily routines and activities Follow and implement individual care plans Monitor and document patient progress Provide companionship and emotional support Help with meal preparation and feeding Maintain a clean, safe care environment Travel to various locations for home care assignments
Requirements
Experience in care settings is a plus, but not essential Ability to follow care plans accurately Proficient in English (verbal and written) Basic IT skills for record-keeping Strong communication and teamwork skills A caring, empathetic attitude and commitment to quality care
