About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate

Health Care Assistant

to provide home care support to clients in the Windsor, Ascot, and Maidenhead areas. This is a full-time role, offering flexible day shifts with alternate weekends. Care will be delivered within 10-15 miles of the company base.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalised care and support to clients in their own homes Assist with personal care, medication support, and daily living activities Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation Support clients in a compassionate, safe, and respectful manner Communicate effectively with clients and the care team

Requirements

Must have a

full UK driving license

and own vehicle Must be eligible to work in the UK;

no sponsorship available

Minimum full-time availability (cannot accommodate 20-hour/week candidates) Ability to work within a 10-15 mile radius of Windsor, Ascot, and Maidenhead NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care preferred, or equivalent training Professional, patient-focused, and reliable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
