Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and empathetic Healthcare Assistants to support individuals in care home and domiciliary settings. This is a flexible working role, ideal for those seeking adaptable hours and shift patterns to suit their personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care tasks including hygiene, dressing, and mobility

- Provide emotional support and companionship to service users

- Deliver care in accordance with individual care plans

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

- Maintain accurate documentation using IT systems

- Travel to various locations for home care visits, ensuring punctuality and professionalism

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in care home or domiciliary care settings (preferred but not essential)

- Strong communication skills and fluency in English

- Confident in using IT systems for record-keeping and reporting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
