We are looking for Health Care Assistants to join our care home based in Barham where we deliver a highly personalised range of residential and nursing care. Our services include full-time residential and nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, convalescence, respite, and dementia care.
Based in the beautiful Suffolk countryside between Ipswich and Bury and close to Stowmarket.
We are looking for people who enjoy a challenge, are highly motivated and possess a passionate and caring nature to join our team. Ideally the successful candidate will hold a valid driving licence, but this is not essential.
Your role will include:
Serving as a companion to service users
Transporting clients to and from appointments, activities, etc.
Supporting with medication
Regular observation's
Assisting with day to day needs
