We have an exciting opportunity for two new Health Care Assistants (HCA's) to join our team.As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will help to improve the medical care of patients by carrying out simple clinical observations and investigations, such as dipstick, blood pressures, phlebotomy, annual review tests and NHS health checks. You will also provide administrative and patient contact support as directed by the management team.Previous experience in a health care setting is desirable, although any required training will be provided.The HCA must ensure that they work within and recognise their scope of practice, escalating any concerns to a senior clinician as appropriate.Main duties of the jobHCA's deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education.
