Roles and Responsibilities of working as a Care Assistant:



Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the service users Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way Supporting with personal care needs Assist with administering medication and welfare needs Safeguarding service users Supporting with repositioning or transfers of service users Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full Supporting service users with anything from everyday tasks around the home, through to complex care needs.

We need people who are:



Naturally compassionate Caring and patient Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's life. Good communicators and know who to work as a part of the team. Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied environment. Passionate about empowering and supporting service users independence.

You must have:



Right to work in the UK Good level of English Full UK Driving Licence (and ability to drive) with own car
We will always try to be as flexible as possible, but we do require you to be flexible with us too, that's why we will do our upmost to find a working pattern that will work both for you and the needs of our service users.

Pay: 12.21-13.02 per hour
