We are looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our team and make a real difference in our community.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be the heart of our service, providing essential personal and practical support to clients in their own homes. Your compassion and dedication will help our clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.



Personal Care:

Assisting with washing, bathing, showering, and oral care. Supporting with toileting, continence management, and catheter care. Helping with dressing and undressing. Assisting with mobility and using aids like hoists and transfer slides.


Mandatory Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
15 Standards of Care Certificate (Care Certificate).

Training and competence in:

Medication administration. PEG feeding. Catheter care. Stoma care. Tracheostomy care.


Health and Wellbeing:

Prompting or administering medication. Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's health or condition. Supporting with simple exercises and physiotherapy routines. Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding if required.


Practical Support and Companionship:

Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens. Shopping for groceries and running errands. Providing companionship and emotional support. Accompanying clients to medical appointments or social outings.


Professional Duties:

Maintaining accurate and timely records of care provided. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene policies. Respecting client confidentiality and dignity at all times. Working effectively as part of a team and communicating with colleagues and managers.


We require previous experience in a care role (2-3yrs)
