We are looking for Health Care Assistants to join our happy team here at Drumconner Lancing. The shifts available full and part time and will involve working alternate weekends. High-quality person-centred care is the heart of everything we do here at Drumconner, if you feel you would like to join us on our mission, we offer highest rates and good prospects for suitable candidates.
We are looking for reliable and highly motivated individuals, with a passion for helping others. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt easily to work effectively within a team, to deliver quality care to residents with a range of needs. Experience of working within healthcare is beneficial, but not essential as full training is provided for the right candidates.
