Duties

As a Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Supporting individuals with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times. Communicating effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences. Following care plans meticulously to provide tailored support for each client. Documenting client progress and any changes in their condition accurately. Driving clients to appointments or social activities as required. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

The successful candidate should possess:

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to ensure effective interaction with clients and team members. A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients when necessary.
