Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support individuals in daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
Follow care plans meticulously to ensure each resident's specific needs are met.
Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their quality of life.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Drive to various locations as required for home care visits or training sessions.
Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes effectively.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a healthcare is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to work independently when required.
Familiarity with care plans and an understanding of the needs of individuals requiring support is advantageous.
Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively within the team.
A valid driving licence is beneficial for roles involving home visits.
