We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team in Lincoln. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate Care Assistant with a good sense of humour to support our client.
The client is a charming young gentleman, with Cerebral Palsy, who loves going into the community and socialising. He loves all things snooker related and a trip to the local pub. The client is a wheelchair user and does have a wheelchair accessible vehicle due to this it is essential to hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
The client requires support with all aspects of his day-to-day living such as personal care, food preparation, general household tasks, accessing the community and ensuring the client's well-being while maintaining a fun, positive atmosphere.
Hours:
DAYS 8am-8:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. NIGHTS 8pm-8am

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Support with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers.
Help with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.
Build positive relationships with service users, encouraging their independence and dignity. Also providing emotional support and companionship.
Monitor and report on changes in health and well-being to senior staff.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others. Our client is very happy and friendly therefore we would be looking for a personality that matches this!
A minimum of 6 months care experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
A full Enhanced DBS check will be required for all successful candidates.
