: Health Care Assistant



We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Health Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care for residents in our 22-bed residential home. This role involves ensuring high standards of care, managing day-to-day responsibilities, and supporting the well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide compassionate and attentive care to our service users under the guidance and supervision of the Team Leader and Home Manager. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal assistance, social interaction and activities. Maintain a safe and clean environment for service users and staff. Follow care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences. Work collaboratively with the care team and communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families. Ensure all care is delivered in line with our professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:



NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Health and Social Care is essential. Willingness to undergo training, including Manual Handling, First Aid, and Health & Safety. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Additional Requirements:



Satisfactory DBS Check (police check).
