Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Support residents in adhering to their care plans, ensuring their individual needs are met. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on care and wellbeing. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions. Drive to various locations as required for home care visits or training sessions. Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.

Experience

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with residents and team members. A valid driving licence is beneficial for those required to travel between locations. Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans is advantageous. Basic IT skills are necessary for maintaining records and using healthcare software.

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
