Job Description
We are looking for individuals who have passion to care to join our team to support service user's across the London Borough of Barnet and surrounding areas including Brent, Ealing and Haringey
Our services have been built to reflect our fundamental belief that people should be in control of their own care allowing them to receive a personalised service in their own homes.

The Role:
To work flexibly to meet service users supporting needs
To communicate effectively and professionally with all persons at all times
To support and empower service users to maintain independence
To help service users access the community
To support with medication prompting
To help and support with meal preparation and shopping
To help with personal care
Previous experience as a care assistant is desirable but not essential as all training will be provided including diploma in Health and Social Care.
This appointment is subject to a successful DBS check
