Health Care Assistants

to join our caring and supportive team at a reputable care home in

Loughborough (LE12)

. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent care and making a real difference in the lives of older people.

You will be supporting residents with a range of needs including personal care, mobility support, companionship, and assisting with daily routines in a respectful and person-centred way.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans Assist residents with personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, and mobility Support residents during mealtimes, activities, and social interaction Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour Maintain accurate documentation and follow safeguarding procedures Promote dignity, privacy, and respect in all aspects of care Work collaboratively with nurses, colleagues, and families

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care - Mandatory

Previous experience in a residential, nursing or dementia care setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, caring, and empathetic attitude Strong understanding of infection control and health & safety procedures Right to work in the UK -
