is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Health Care Assistant (HCA)

with an

NVQ Level 2 qualification

to join their full-time team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting Support individuals with mobility, nutrition, and hydration Monitor and record residents' wellbeing and report any changes to senior staff Promote independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of care Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents Work effectively within a team across both day and night shifts

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

(or equivalent) Previous experience in a residential or nursing care setting is preferred Good communication and teamwork skills Empathetic, patient, and committed to delivering person-centred care Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days and nights
