A compassionate, experienced Healthcare Assistant is needed to support individuals with spinal injuries and assist in promoting independence through personal care, mobility support, and daily living activities. The role is based in Lymington and offers the opportunity to join a respected, person-centred care provider.

Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or working with spinal injury clients
Core Responsibilities
Deliver respectful, dignified personal care
Assist with mobility and daily routines to encourage independence
Prepare meals per dietary needs
Administer medication and report health concerns
Maintain accurate documentation and liaise with families and healthcare teams
Support care plan adherence and occasional client transport (if applicable)
Foster a positive, safe environment for the client
Requirements
Previous relevant care experience (spinal injury experience is essential)
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, assisting mobility)
A genuine passion for improving lives
