Job Summary
Pall Mall:

Our purpose is to provide on-demand, high quality private healthcare and cosmetic surgery that meets the needs and expectations of patients and our vision is to be recognised and respected as the most patient-centric private healthcare provider in the north-west, by providing our patients with the best possible care, treatment and outcomes.
The role:
The Outpatients Healthcare Assistant (HCA) will support the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care within our Manchester Outpatient Department. Working under the supervision of registered nurses and consultants, you will assist with patient care, minor procedures, and the smooth running of clinics, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for patients at every stage of their journey.
The Clinics - Manchester and Liverpool :
Our Manchester and Liverpool clinics provide a modern, comfortable and discreet environment for patients accessing a wide range of private GP, outpatient and diagnostic services. Unlike our hospital sites, the Manchester and Liverpool clinics are dedicated to outpatient care, offering consultations, treatments and diagnostics without the need for overnight stay.
The clinic has four key service areas:
1. Private GP Services - same-day and pre-bookable GP appointments providing general medical care, prescriptions, referrals and health checks.
2. Outpatient Consulting Rooms - modern consultation and treatment rooms where our consultants, and nurses carry out medical and cosmetic consultations, health assessments, pre-operative checks and wound care/follow-up care.
3. Minor Procedures Suite - 2 x dedicated treatment rooms for minor local anaesthetic procedures, and consultant-led treatments.
4. Administrative & Patient Support Services - including our front of house team, bookings coordinators and patient advisors, who ensure every patient receives a seamless, personalised journey from appointment booking through to treatment and aftercare.
Patients also benefit from access to diagnostic and surgical services at our Newton-le-Willows hospital and other sites, with the Manchester and Liverpool clinics acting as a convenient city-centre hub for private GP appointments, outpatient consultations and non-surgical treatments.
