Full-time, 39 hours per week

The Opportunity:

We are experiencing continued growth within our EPIC team and are seeking full-time superheroes to join our amazing, supportive team in Loughborough. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide a safe, caring, and loving home environment for children and young people Act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs. Participate in fun activities and outings such as football, PlayStation, cycling, and baking. Encourage and share hobbies and interests. Perform household tasks such as cooking and cleaning. Personal Care Administer Medication Build friendships and trusting relationships

Requirements:



A full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins.
