We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated healthcare assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs
Monitor and record clients' conditions, reporting any changes to senior staff promptly
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a caring environment
Assist with medication administration following prescribed guidelines (training provided)
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using IT systems
Support with domestic tasks including light cleaning and meal preparation as required
Drive or accompany clients to appointments or outings when necessary (
driving licence required
)
Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect compassionately with clients and team members
Good organisational skills to follow care plans accurately and maintain detailed records
Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
A Driving skills are desirable for supporting home care visits or outings;
a valid driving licence is required

Previous experience in a home care setting is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided for specific tasks
