Best At Home Domiciliary Care services is a domiciliary care company providing exceptional quality of service and support to those who require care. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. We are currently looking for male and female carers. The successful candidate will provide essential support to patients in care homes and domiciliary care (home care settings), supported live-in care to well-being ensuring their comfort and safety. We provide our services in Wandsworth, Sutton, Wallington, Croydon , Merton, Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough and surrounded area to support them with clinical interventions to ensure they live a full life.
Domiciliary Care Worker Requirements:
Experience is not essential however desirable as training will be provided
Hold an up to date online DBS report or willing to undertake a DBS check
Right to work in the United Kingdom.
A valid UK driving License is desirable but not essential.
Access to own vehicle desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily activities such as personal care & hygiene, dressing, and mobility
Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs
Monitor and record patient conditions accurately, reporting any concerns to senior staff
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive environment
Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within care environments
Support with light domestic tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable living space for patients
Drive or accompany patients to appointments or outings as required (driving experience preferred)

Ability to and willingness to commit long term to provide continuity of care to our clients
Ability to commit to regular shifts
Skills
Good communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members
Experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided where necessary
Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately
Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation
Reliable driving skills are advantageous for transporting patients or attending appointments
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others' well-being
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
