Job Description

A position has arisen for the post of Health Care Assistant within Mold Community Hospital. The post holder will be required to rotate within departments and onto night duty as required.The team consists of nursing staff, HCA, domestics and administrative staff who work work together to provide high levels of patient care. The team are flexible in their approach to all aspects of patient care always putting patient needs first.Main duties of the jobTo assist registered nurses deliver based care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient their family and carers.Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan.
