we seeking Female care Assistant who lives in or around East Lothian . And must be a driver

Responsibilities

Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals in following their care plans and achieving their health goals. Monitor and record patients' health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Drive patients to appointments or social activities as required. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in both home care and care home settings.

Skills

Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively. Experience in home care or working within a care home environment is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in IT skills for maintaining patient records and documentation. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting patients when necessary. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role.

Pay: 23,519.00-25,075.00 per year
