## Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant

with a minum of 12 months NHS Experience

to join our team in providing compassionate care within a NHS setting.

The ideal candidate will assist in implementing care plans, ensuring the well-being of Patients, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

## Responsibilities

- Support patients in line with individual care plans

- Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes

- Communicate effectively with, families, and the care team

- Assist in providing NHS care services as required

## Experience

- Prior experience in a NHS Setting ( 12 months experiecne mandatory)

- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

- Familiarity with NHS care practices is beneficial

- Ability to drive is desirable for transportation needs

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients while working in a supportive and caring environment.

Pay: 16.00-24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 60 per week
