Skills

Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, for clear communication with patients and colleagues. Experience in nursing home or within a care home setting is highly desirable. Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with patients.
