Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, whether in a care home or through home care services. Duties:
- Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication according to care plans
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help individuals maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Document and report any changes in individual's condition or behavior

Experience:
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
- Valid driver's license for home care positions
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
