We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated

Health Care Assistant

to join our friendly team in a well-established

Care Home

located in

Plymouth (PL5)

As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering

high-quality, person-centred care

to our residents, supporting them to live fulfilling and dignified lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities. Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times. Support with mobility, nutrition, and medication under supervision. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider healthcare team.

Requirements

Must hold

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care

(or equivalent). Previous experience working in a

Care Home

setting is essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Please note: Sponsorship is

not available

for this role.
