Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Support with mobility, nutrition, and medication under supervision.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider healthcare team.
Requirements
Must hold
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
(or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a
Care Home
setting is essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
