Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Chemitex Pharmacy. In this role, you will provide essential support to our patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care in a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care tasks. Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including IT-related duties.

Requirements

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is required. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Understanding of OTC items and providing good customer service. Basic IT skills to assist with record-keeping and communication.
