We are looking for committed, trustworthy and responsible individuals to join our team. Our aim is to provide personalised Home Care & Support Services which are tailor made to the needs of the Service Users.
The post will involve working with a service user homes providing them with support for their daily needs (domiciliary care) and support.

Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with the ability to work in a home care environment providing mainly personal care in Northampton and surrounding areas. Experience is desirable but not essential, as our comprehensive training and induction will prepare you for your role. Furthermore, you'll be carefully matched with customers and continuously supported.

Applicants with a valid UK driving licence is an added advantage. The role includes carrying out scheduled visits to our customers in their own homes in Northampton and surrounding villages to assist them with daily living activities.

General Responsibility:
Your duties will include provision of care and support to our customers in their own home, based on their individual circumstances. You will provide personal care, washing and dressing, oversee medication and be involved with meal preparation, shopping and light domestic duties.

Salary: 12.30 - 13.30 per hour
