We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Health Care Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care to ourt clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist client with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Help with meal preparation and support with eating and drinking. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with light housekeeping duties and medication reminders. Cook meals as per clients request Support clients in maintaining independence with daily activities.

Essential Requirements:

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle A genuine desire to help Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently A flexible and positive approach to work. Previous experience in a care setting (although full training will be provided) Experience keeping detailed information
