We have a range of vacancies available in the Nottingham area with a variety of different shift patterns. Information is as follows below:
NG9
- Supporting a gentleman with Locked-In Syndrome that has a Tracheostomy. Nebulisers and suctioning is required, along with the administration of medication and feeds via Peg. Previous experience working with Tracheostomy's is required for this role.
Hours: DAYS Monday-Sunday 7:30am-8pm, NIGHTS Monday-Sunday 7:30pm-8am
NG2
- Supporting a male service user who has a spinal injury that lives alone. He requires support with all aspects of daily living, catheter care, cough assist, oral medications, manual handling and food preparation. The client needs to get out into the community for appointments, so requires someone with a full UK drivers license that is able to drive an automatic vehicle!
Hours: DAY 8am-8pm, NIGHTS 7:30pm-9:30am
NG22
- Supporting a male client with Learning Disabilities. He also has Type 1 Diabetes and kidney failure. Tasks include but are not limited to: Personal care, Monitoring blood glucose levels, Monitoring fluids and sleep. Previous experience or knowledge around Diabetes and Challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential.
Hours: NIGHT Monday-Sunday 10pm-8am, DAYS Saturday 8am-11am
NG8
- Supporting a male client who has a spinal injury & Autonomic Dysreflexia. He has sleep apnea and and requires CPAP Overnight. This client requires full management and assistance with all medications, eating and drinking and all aspects of daily living. He is a wheelchair user, so manual handling is required.
Hours: DAYS 7am-4pm. 1pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Support with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers.
Help with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.
Build positive relationships with service users, encouraging their independence and dignity. Also providing emotional support and companionship.
Monitor and report on changes in health and well-being to senior staff.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others.
A minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
A full Enhanced DBS check will be required for all successful candidates.
