We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team in NG2. Supporting a 28 year old gentleman in his own home, he has cerebral palsy. He is a wheelchair user so requires support with manual handling. He requires support with getting out into the local community, eating and drinking and emotional support, along with other day to day tasks. Please note: this client does have dogs in his property.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 2:45pm-8:45pm

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Support with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers.
Help with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.
Build positive relationships with service users, encouraging their independence and dignity. Also providing emotional support and companionship.
Monitor and report on changes in health and well-being to senior staff.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others.
A minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
A full Enhanced DBS check will be required for all successful candidates.
