We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team in the Nottingham area. - Supporting a gentleman with Locked-In Syndrome that has a Tracheostomy. Nebulisers and suctioning is required, along with the administration of medication and feeds via Peg.

Previous experience working with Tracheostomy's & PEG is preferred for this role.

Hours: DAYS Monday-Sunday 7:30am-8pm

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Support with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers.

Help with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.

Build positive relationships with service users, encouraging their independence and dignity. Also providing emotional support and companionship.

Monitor and report on changes in health and well-being to senior staff.

What We're Looking For:

A compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others.

A minimum of 6 months UK care experience.

Previous knowledge or experience with Tracheostomies is essential for this role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

A full Enhanced DBS check will be required for all successful candidates.
