What You'll Be Doing
Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
Deliver person-centred care in line with tailored care plans, working closely with healthcare professionals.
Accurately document care activities and update client progress using digital tools.
Communicate effectively with family members, colleagues, and clients to ensure a high standard of care.
Travel to clients' homes across the community - a driving license is essential.
Build trusted, supportive relationships through empathy, respect, and compassion.
What We're Looking For

UK driving license
and access to a vehicle.
Previous care experience (personal or professional) preferred but not essential - we provide comprehensive training.
