Responsibilities

Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and toileting needs. Support the implementation of personalised care plans in accordance with individual needs Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families to ensure clear understanding of care requirements Assist with organising and participating in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal Previous experience in a care home or home care environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided IT literacy to manage electronic care records efficiently Ability to work well within a team and independently when required Caring attitude with a strong sense of professionalism and empathy Basic understanding of care plans and the importance of personalised support

Pay: 12.21-12.30 per hour
