We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Oxford. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a better quality of life.

?Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting support
?Assist with mobility, helping clients move safely around their home or care setting
?Support clients with eating and drinking, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being
Administer or assist with prescribed medications (where trained and authorised).
Monitor and record clients' health, behaviour, and progress, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
Help with light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity at all times.
Accompany clients to appointments, activities, or social outings as required.
Follow care plans and adhere to health and safety, safeguarding, and confidentiality policies.

Requirements
?
Moving and handling practical training certificate.
Previous experience in a care or support role (preferred, but not essential - training can be provided).
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.?
