Harbour Rise is a lovely family-owned Care Home in Paignton. We are rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission {CQC} and have amazing reviews - this is mainly due to the wonderful staff we have working in our home and our passion for care and getting it right. We have an enviable reputation, have been voted top 20 care home in the South West 6 years running, have a solid management team and many of our members of staff have worked here for over ten years. We are ideally looking for an experienced carer who has a care certificate and level 2 in Health and Social Care. However we would be happy to support the applicant in gaining relevant qualifications based on their credentials. We are recruiting for shifts during the weekend and the week, offering 24 hours of employment.

Harbour Rise is a care home with a capacity to support 44 residents and our day care centre too. The majority of people we support require some level of personal care.

Harbour Rise has an enviable reputation; many of its staff have worked there for over 10 years. All necessary training will be provided.
