Your Role:

Provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports the health, well-being, and happiness of our residents. Support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to create a true sense of community. Uphold our Eden Alternative values by encouraging vibrant, meaningful living.

What We're Looking For:

Caring, compassionate individuals with a passion for supporting others. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and nights. Previous experience in care is an advantage but not essential -- if you have the right attitude and values, we will support you with training. A team player who is reliable, trustworthy, and committed to making a positive impact.
