The Role

We're looking for a compassionate, caring, and slightly quirky Healthcare Assistant to join our merry band. Someone who believes in dignity, independence, and that a good chat over a cup of tea is just as important as medication.

You'll be:

Helping with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming - making sure slippers are on the right feet!). Encouraging independence and daily activities (from bingo to baking, every day's an adventure). Following care plans, noticing little changes, and keeping the team in the loop. Keeping accurate records (yes, paperwork matters - but we promise it's digital and not endless). Supporting a clean, safe, happy environment. Most importantly: bringing warmth, humour, and heartto our residents' days.
What We're Looking For

Experience in care (either in a care home or home care setting). Great communication (English that's clear, kind, and caring). IT skills (enough to log notes without breaking into a sweat). Team spirit with a dash of initiative. A driving licence is handy if you also help in the community.
