Care Professionals (part-time or full-time)

to join our friendly Reading team, providing high-quality visiting care to people in their own homes. You'll make a real difference every day -- with the time and support to deliver care the right way.

What You'll Do

Offer companionship and meaningful conversation Support with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation Run errands or assist with shopping and prescriptions Help with personal care, medication reminders, and appointments (as required) Enable clients to stay independent and enjoy life in their own homes

About You

Naturally caring, reliable, and respectful Excellent communication and time-management skills Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality Physically able to support clients and household duties Hold a valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle Willing to complete a DBS check and eligible to work in the UK

Pay: 13.00-17.00 per hour
