Responsibilities
Assisting residents or clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility Supporting individuals with their care plans and daily routines Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance well-being Maintaining accurate records of care provided using IT systems Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and their families
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for others Ability to work independently and as part of a team
