Job Summary;

We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals for domiciliary care ( door to door). Responsibilities - Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating - Support the implementation of care plans - Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents' conditions - Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team - Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting - Drive or accompany residents to appointments or outings as required Experience Required: - Previous experience in home care or a care home environment - Ability to communicate effectively in English Nice-to-have: - Familiarity with care planning processes - Basic IT skills for record keeping Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we care for. Responsibilities

Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support residents in daily activities, including meal preparation and feeding. Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition. Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently. Experience or familiarity with IT systems used in healthcare settings is advantageous. A proactive drive to enhance patient care experiences within a care home or home care context. Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others in need.
