Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, nutrition, and mobility.
Deliver specialist care tailored to clients with complex needs such as spinal injuries, PEG feeding, ventilator support (training provided where required).
Accurately follow individualised care plans, updating records to reflect any changes in the client's condition.
Monitor and promptly report any concerns, health changes, or risks
Foster a positive, supportive, and respectful environment, promoting client independence wherever possible.
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in care for at least 6 months in the UK
Ability to understand detailed care plans with precision.
Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate digital and written records.
A valid driving licence is advantageous
Compassionate, patient, and resilient with strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to undertake specialist training for complex care procedures.
