As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly individuals and vulnerable adults to live with dignity, safety, and independence -- whether that's in their own homes, a supported living environment, or a residential care setting.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of each individual. Key Responsibilities
Deliver Person-Centred Care:
Support clients with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting -- always ensuring dignity, respect, and privacy.
Promote Independence:
Encourage and assist service users to maintain their independence and participate in meaningful activities.
Assist with Nutrition & Hydration:
Prepare and serve meals or assist with feeding, making sure all dietary needs and preferences are met.
Medication Support:
Prompt or assist with medication administration following company policies and training.
Companionship:
Offer emotional support and friendly conversation to reduce loneliness and improve wellbeing.
Mobility Assistance:
Help individuals move safely around their environment, including using mobility aids or transferring from bed to chair.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate daily care notes, incident reports, and handovers to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
Safeguarding:
Always follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns about a person's safety or wellbeing.
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside colleagues, healthcare professionals, and family members to provide the highest standard of care.
Respect Confidentiality:
Handle all personal information responsibly, following GDPR and care standards.

Pay: 24,420.00-36,567.30 per year
